Café M is a locally owned coffee shop that opened its doors in January of 2010, with three locations nestled in the Gallatin Valley. What began as a small operation has since evolved into our current menu of fresh-from-scratch pastries, killer burritos, and lunch wraps. We are proud to serve coffee and espresso-based drinks crafted with beans from Ghost Town Coffee. Our daily drip rotations feature a blend specifically curated for Café M as well as new and exciting single origin options for folks to experience.  

 

Our fearless leader, Tom, has worked tirelessly (ha!) over the past several years to elevate the shops and bring an amazing team aboard to geek out with about all things coffee. Often dubbed the best boss, Tom pretty much sets us all up for failure upon our retirement as Café M baristas/bakers/burrito extraordinares.
